Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers (AMEA): AMEA is an international association of machinery and equipment appraisers, and provides accreditation for machinery and equipment appraisers throughout the world. The Appraisal Foundation (TAF): TAF has been authorized by Congress as the source of appraisal standards and appraiser qualifications in the United States. It is the publisher of USPAP (Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice), which are the nationally recognized standards for appraisers. All appraisals completed by Sencer Appraisal Associates comply with the requirements of USPAP as set by The Appraisal Foundation.
