Richard's son, Bernard Sencer, joined the company in 1981, after years of work in the financial industry, including positions at Citibank and Moody's Alliance Capital. The company evolved into a regional, and then national appraisal company, and now provides machinery and equipment appraisal services with associates located across the country.
